Advent
Advent is a time of joyful preparation for the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. During these four weeks, we prepare our hearts through prayer, reflection, and hope. Each week of Advent centers on a special theme — hope, peace, joy, and love — leading us closer to the light of Christmas.

Prayer for the Fourth Week of Advent (Love)

Heavenly Father,
as we enter the Fourth Week of Advent,
fill my heart with Your perfect love.
Help me love as You love—
with patience, gentleness, mercy, and compassion.
​
Lord Jesus,
You are Love made flesh,
the Light who enters our darkness
and the Savior who comes to dwell among us.
Prepare my heart to welcome You at Christmas
with faith, humility, and devotion.
​
Holy Spirit,
kindle in me a spirit of charity.
Remove all selfishness and coldness,
heal every wound of the heart,
and teach me to love generously
those You have placed in my life.
​
O Mary, Mother of Love,
walk with me in this final week of Advent.
Help me receive Jesus with a pure heart,
serve others with tenderness,
and reflect God’s love in all I do.

Padre Celestial,
al comenzar la Cuarta Semana de Adviento,
llena mi corazón con Tu amor perfecto.
Ayúdame a amar como Tú amas:
con paciencia, mansedumbre, misericordia y compasión.
Señor Jesús,
Tú eres el Amor hecho carne,
la Luz que ilumina nuestra oscuridad
y el Salvador que viene a habitar entre nosotros.
Prepara mi corazón para recibirte en Navidad
con fe, humildad y devoción.
Espíritu Santo,
enciende en mí un espíritu de caridad.
Aleja todo egoísmo y frialdad,
sana toda herida del corazón,
y enséñame a amar generosamente
a quienes has puesto en mi vida.
Oh María, Madre del Amor,
camina conmigo en esta última semana de Adviento.
Ayúdame a recibir a Jesús con un corazón puro,
a servir a los demás con ternura,
y a reflejar el amor de Dios en todo lo que hago.
