The Columbian Squires had another busy year.  Highlights of the year included the Komen Race for the Cure (water station), Special Olympics State Fall Games (tennis venue), Santa’s Workshop (crafts), the Squires State Convention in Charlotte, golf outings, Easter Egg Hunt, putt-putt, games night, and faith building programs at semi-monthly meetings. An organization of Catholic young men, age 10 to 18, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus. They work in conjunction with the Knights and provide assistance in the many programs and activities in which the Knights are involved.

The Columbian Squires meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Youth Center. All Catholic young men, ages 10 to 18, are invited to attend any meeting to check out the Columbian Squires. For information, contact Chief Squire Stephen Bowden at 765-1205 or Chief Counselor John Harrison at 766-3309. The Columbian Squires is sponsored by the Knights of Columbus.
