The Administration Commission is responsible for the management and maintenance of parish property and equipment and for providing assistance in the administration of the parish office. Contact our Office Manager, Vicki Meyers, to volunteer for special projects or E-Mail her at: vicki@holyfamilyclemmons.com
Volunteer Opportunities:
Assist with the offertory collection counting on Monday mornings.
General office and telephone assistance for special projects.
Assist with the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
Grounds Crew
The Grounds Crew handles the upkeep of the church property including weeding, hedge clipping, fertilizing, trimming, and pruning of the grounds. They also handle small maintenance jobs within the building.
The Grounds Crew generally meets once a month on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 9:00 AM. An announcement is placed in the bulletin the week before work is scheduled. New members are welcome and the crew needs all the help it can get as the work space has been increased by the addition of the new church grounds.
