ELECTRONIC GIVING PROGRAM
Many of you are already contributing to offertory through participation in our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program. Our electronic giving program also offers you the opportunity to donate to offertory through the use of Credit & Debit Cards or “Online Giving” directly from this website. Electronic giving offers convenience for our parishioners and provides donation consistency for Holy Family. Longtime parishioners will appreciate an alternative to frequent check writing and our younger members may prefer to donate via electronic means whenever possible. In addition to contributions to Offertory the online giving program may also be used for the payment of Columbarium or Cemetery Fees, Faith Formation Fees and Sacramental Fees. To participate, please click “Donate” to view plan options for on line electronic giving.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
Volunteers are needed to package bread, bagels, and pastries donated to Bread Basket for the Poor by Panera Bread®. Volunteers meet in the church kitchen every Tuesday at 9:30 am and spend 45 minutes to an hour packaging the bulk baked goods into family sized portions. Once packaged, the baked goods will be taken to Catholic Social Services (CSS) and distributed to members of our local community. It is a great way to spend time with friends while helping others. A Volunteer is also need to deliver the Packaged Baked Goods to Catholic Social Services (CSS) at 621 W. 2nd St, Winston Salem, NC 27101. Packaged goods are available for pickup every Tuesday after 11:30 am. This volunteer should be able to lift 40 lbs and have reliable transportation capable of transporting several large boxes. For more information about dates or to sign up, please visit our sign up page at www.mysignup.com/BreadBasket_CSS or contact Lettitia Iruela at 336-399-1214.

PARISH ACTIVITY CENTER ROOM AND PICNIC SHELTER RENTALS
The Diocese of Charlotte has issued a new Special Events Insurance Application. This document is to be used to obtain insurance coverage for non-parish activities conducted at Holy Family by entities unable to supply Holy Family with a Certificate of Insurance with Bishop Peter J. Jugis named as the additional insured. The cost is $100.00 per 24 hour event and does provide host liquor liability coverage. Alcoholic Beverages were not previously permitted on the premises. This fee is in addition to our regular Parish Activity Center room rental and Picnic Shelter rates. *Note: You must be a registered member of Holy Family Catholic Church to have approval to rent our facility.

A copy of this form may be obtained at the church office or may be downloaded from our church website under the tab entitled “Publications Index” Parish Activity Center – Room Rental Form or Picnic Shelter Rental Form. Special events insurance must be in effect for any event held at Holy Family that is not parish sponsored and where the entire parish is not invited; this would include, but is not limited to Baptismal parties , Anniversary parties, Wedding receptions, and other Private meetings or events. Funeral receptions are covered by diocesan insurance, thus a separate policy covering this type of event is not required. The term "liquor" means any beverage served that contains alcohol.
